After watching this movie, I decided that I had to draw this picture. It was a really suspenseful movie. Its wasn't a gorie movie like Friday 13th or Nightmare on Elm St. It was a movie that always had you freaking out that something bad was going to happen next.

If you watch this movie, I suggest you research about fairies first. That's right, I said fairies. I don't mean wimpy Disney kind of fairies. I mean old school fairies, the one's that like to cause trouble. Especially tooth fairies and know what a fairy circle is. Trust me, the movie will make more sense if you have this knowledge.

In my previous entry, I said that I wanted to colour this picture in. A month later, I finally finished it. Sorry for the long wait. I was preoccupied with work and trying to get over a mild case of the flue.

I am really happy on how this turned out. As you can tell, I am still practicing my shading and highlighting techniques. Tell me what you think?

I decided to make a separate picture with the title "Don't be Afraid of the Dark" to see if people would like this version better then the plain coloured one.
